Yes, we ship our designer collections globally to over 200 countries. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary based on your location and the weight of the order.

Can I get my outfit customized to my measurements?

Absolutely. We offer custom tailoring services for most of our ethnic wear. Simply select the 'Custom Stitching' option on the product page and provide your specific measurements.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns for non-customized items within 7 days of delivery. Please note that custom-stitched outfits, accessories, and sale items are generally not eligible for return or exchange.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours. For custom-made or bridal couture, delivery can take between 4 to 8 weeks depending on the intricacy of the handwork.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Net Banking, and offer secure payment gateways. For customers in India, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes.

Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?

We strive to represent colors as accurately as possible. However, due to digital photography and screen settings, there might be a slight variation of 5-10% in the actual color of the garment.
