At KALKI Fashion, we strive to ensure you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 48-hour return and exchange policy for eligible products. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags and packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Log in to your KALKI account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Pack the items securely in their original packaging; our courier partner will conduct a preliminary check before picking up the shipment from your doorstep.

  Processing & Verification

  Once the package reaches our warehouse, our quality assurance team will inspect the garment to ensure it meets our return standards and original condition.

• 4.
  Refund or Store Credit

  Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
